How it starts

You tell us the idea. Before anything is built we write down, in one paragraph, what it is and what "shipped" means, and you sign off on it. Then the bot builds it, ships it and works on getting it found, and you watch the log.

After the first month, take the bot and be the boss, or keep us running it for $30 a month.

What you get in the first month

• One small web product: a single-purpose tool, generator, calculator or page with one paid action. One thing, one shape.
• Live inside a month, on a domain you own, with payments landing in your account.
• Findable from day one: sitemap, robots, titles written for searches that exist, and counting that tells a human from a crawler.
• The record, published while it happens: plan before, actual after, including the days it fails. ($500 more keeps it private.)

From month two, $30 a month: it stays up, it stays patched, and once a month you get one page: what Search Console shows, what the counter saw, and the one thing we would change next. Or you take it, and it is yours.

What you bring

• A payment account in your name, and the keys or links you are willing to issue for it.
• Domain access, or a domain to point at it.
• Your own time for the steps that need a person: an upload, a login, a screencast if a reviewer asks.
• One person who answers factual questions within a day. The clock pauses while we wait.

What is not in it

• Traffic, rankings or sales. We sell the build and the record of it.
• Approval by somebody else's review queue. We can submit to a marketplace; we cannot promise it clears.
• Native mobile apps, company formation, compliance work, brand design.

The proof is public
